Registration Notes

• Registration deadline is July 31, 2025.
• Please complete all required fields marked with an asterisk *.
• Accommodation will be arranged at Ramada Hotel Jeju Hamdeok, the conference venue. All rooms are twin rooms and include breakfast. The standard room rate is 99,000 KRW per night from Sunday to Friday. Additional charges may apply for stays on Friday and Saturday nights.
• If you prefer to stay at a different hotel, please make your own reservation. In this case, select "No" in the hotel reservation section during registration. Information about other hotels near the venue can be found here.
• Your registration will be finalized only after the registration fee has been paid:
  • General participants (Non-students): 150,000 KRW (around 100 USD)
  • Students: 75,000 KRW (around 50 USD)
• The registration fee can be paid through the KAS (Korean Astronomical Society) website:

• When making your payment, please use the same first name, last name (in that order), and email address as provided in your registration form. Note that if your payment information does not exactly match your registration details, the processing of your registration may be delayed.
• Receipts for registration fees will be distributed at the conference venue. If you wish to receive it earlier, please request it via the registration confirmation email.
• If you have trouble verifying your payment on the KAS payment page (separate from this registration page), we recommend trying a different web browser such as Chrome.
• A social program including a complimentary banquet and an optional excursion will be offered. A small additional fee applies for the excursion. We encourage your participation. Details can be found here.
