Overview of the EANAM 10
Numerical simulations continue to play an increasingly vital role in astrophysics, enabling more detailed and meaningful comparisons between theory and observation across a wide range of research areas. The 10th East Asian Numerical Astrophysics Meeting (EANAM) will be held in Jeju, South Korea, and aims to bring together numerical astrophysicists—primarily from East Asia, but open to the global community—to share their latest work and foster new collaborations.
As with previous meetings, the scope of EANAM covers a broad array of astrophysical fields involving numerical simulations, including (but not limited to) cosmology, hydrodynamics, magnetohydrodynamics, radiative transfer, particle acceleration, and the dynamics of planetary systems, stars, and galaxies.
In addition, this year’s meeting will place a strong emphasis on computational techniques and data-driven approaches in astrophysics, including machine learning, artificial intelligence, numerical algorithms, simulation data analysis, high-performance computing, and code optimization for large-scale computing environments.
We warmly welcome participants from around the world to join us on the beautiful island of Jeju for a stimulating and collaborative scientific experience.
